Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Timelines
Within India: typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster than Tier 2/3 locations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping thresholds (if any) will be shown on product pages and in your cart.
Tracking
Every shipped order comes with a tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 1-2 business days, contact [email protected].
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.
